HOW TO ORDER

Thank you for your interest in purchasing or reserving models with us.  We show models on our website that are in stock, available or future models to be reserved.

Kindly let us know the quantity, manufacturer, product number, and description of each model you wish to order.

If you have not set up an account with us previously, we will need to get  the following information on your shipping address and personal interests.  That way, we can set up your customer account and help serve you better in the future:

For payment, we accept personal checks, bank money orders (not postal money orders), bank drafts, cashier's checks, PayPal, Visa or Mastercard, or wire transfer (bank to bank payments).  

If you want to email your credit card number, please send two emails. Kindly send the first email with the first eight digits and the second email with the remaining eight digits and your expiry date. Please also include the name as printed on the credit card. Alternatively you could fax us with this credit card information, or phone us directly.

We ship by UPS and strongly advise to choose this route. Generally within North America for a single box of nominal size, UPS standard (ground) is $10-$15 and UPS expedited (air) is $25-$40. For shipments to Europe, it is a minimum of $40US. A higher value or higher weight or dimension box increases these costs slightly.  UPS shipments are issued a tracking number.  We email this tracking number to you when the box is dispatched.  UPS shipments are thus trackable to your door, secure, and they can be insured to the full value of the box. 

We can also ship by Post to the U.S. and overseas.  Postal shipments can be either insured or uninsured.  The maximum insurance on a postal shipment is $1,000 Canadian, approximately $800US.  This insurance is for loss of the box, it does not insure for damages to the contents.  There is no way to track the box to you.  Postal shipments are generally $10 and up.

Once we have the above information, we can proceed with your order in our system.

You will receive an e-mailed copy of the invoice from us.  It will show the model's quantity, product number, description and price.  If you pay by credit card, the invoice will show the authorization number, but not the full credit card number.  Any applicable taxes will be levied.  For Canadian residents, that means the GST or HST, for Ontario residents, that includes both GST and PST.  For American and overseas purchasers there are no sales taxes or duties.
