Please ensure that we have your full name, address, shipping address, email address, and telephone numbers for work/home.

When we ship, we prefer shipping to a business address, as there is always someone there to sign for the box. If it is possible to ship to a business address, please provide this to us as well.

Purchasers in the United States pay no duties or State taxes.

We check models before they are shipped.

When you receive the models, kindly check them immediately.  We ask that you test the model to ensure it works properly.  Most manufacturers have a product warranty.  If a model does not work properly, or there is some other problem, contact us immediately.  We can then discuss the details and work out how to rectify the problem.

If the box or model is damaged upon receipt, contact us immediately.  We can then work with you on completing an insurance claim for any damaged goods.

Any and all returns must be authorized by CMT within 30 days from the original invoice date. Any return without the Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused. Within 30 days of purchase we will offer a refund of an unopened & undamaged product with a 20% restocking fee. Opened product may be returned at our sole discretion for exchange or refund; however such a return will incur a 20% restocking fee.  With any product that is defective or dead on arrival, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. 
 

If we instruct you to return the model, then we will provide you with the proper return address location, depending upon whether you live in the U.S., Canada or another foreign location.

Do not return the model without our Return Authorization.   We will not be responsible for costs incurred if a model is sent back to us without our Return Authorization.

Reservations cancelled before the product has arrived from the manufacturer are allowed.  Deposits can be refunded or applied to another order.  Once the product has arrived from the manufacturer deposits are kept by CMT as a re-stocking fee.  If the model has been paid in full a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.  The remainder of funds may be returned to applied or another order.
