Just in case the subject line of this email doesn't get my point across-WOW!!!! My compliments to Dave (your painter) for a job very well done. I am very pleased with the paint jobs on my diesels. This is definitely custom painting at its finest.

The decal work is spot on, the weathering is excellent, and there are no blemishes that I can find on any of them. It was well worth the cost.
Needless to say, I will be back for more as I have three more diesels in need of paint jobs. It will be a while because this round took a sizable chunk of my hobby fund but rest assured, I'm already saving up.

Also, I must mention the great customer service as well. I appreciate you answering all of my questions thoroughly and quickly. You were a great help. This is my first experience with custom painting and you made it very easy to choose CMT and needless to say, my search for quality custom painting is over.

Just to let you know that the three Rapido "City of ..." cars in New York Central livery were received yesterday. They are in EXCELLENT condition and nothing missing.

I will tell you that my positive experiences with CMT is diametrically opposed my experiences with a very large hobby business located in the east coast  area. When I received items from them they were in damaged boxes and parts were loose, broken, or missing. I will not order from them again, for sure.

Anyway, thanks again.  May your firm be prosperous even in these difficult times.

We talked in Springfield, but I want you to know how much I value your customer service people. CMT will often announce a new product, but in several variations. Whenever I've called to inquire about "version B or version C," they've asked, "what era do you model?"
When I tell them, they've said "Oh, for that time period you want version A." When I check, they're right. While this may seem like selling the customer something the customer doesn't want, I find it refreshing to get straight answers. Each time, every time.

I would like to take the time out from my law practice to thank you and your staff for excellent service.  They are very knowledgeable, courteous and answer my questions incredibly fast by email.  The unpainted brass O scale engines come back in better running condition, professionally custom painted, weathered where appropriate, and with fantastic DCC/sound installed in them.  With over 40 years of hobby experience It is a rarity and a pleasure to deal with a company that truly cares for its customers like CMT does..
