FUTURE PROJECTS - HO - C-LINERS 5 AXLE

We have concluded discussions with the manufacturer, True Line Trains, to produce the 5 axle C-Liners for several US road names, with our exclusive road numbers:
1) Long Island Railroad, a CPA24-5 (2400 hp, 5 axle).  The prototype road numbers were #2401 to 2404 for the CPA24-5.  There are two paint schemes known at this point.  We will also produce a CPA20-5 (2,000 hp, 5 axle) if they have the same details as the CPA24-5.  The prototype road numbers were #2001 to 2008 for the CPA20-5.  <Click here>
2) New York Central, a CPA24-5 (2400 hp, 5 axle)  <Click here>
3) New Haven DER-4, a CPA24-5 (2400 hp, 5 axle) - 2 paint schemes  <Click here>

These railroads had 5 axle locomotives, where the front truck had 2 axles and the rear truck had 3 axles. 

This project is a "GO", with delivery in August 2007.

The Canadian 5 axle C-Liners differed from the U.S. road C-Liners.  The U.S. roads had a different roof, fans, and fuel tank.

Some people have asked already about DCC/sound installed models.   The CNR 5 axle C-Liners, with DCC/sound were delivered in January 2007.   We believe that we can bring the LIRR, NH, NYC, and Demonstrator models in, with DCC/sound installed, due the 4th quarter 2007.  As we get more information, we will update the website accordingly.

To order, we will need your quantity and product you want to reserve.  If you had been an existing customer, we would already have shipping and payment information.  If you are a a new customer, we need to set up an account in our system for you. We do not disclose any private information to third parties (other than shippers).
